I think its too big. I mean there is too much open space. Resize it. IMO I would just start over. you are better then this imo.

I just like the first one. there is good use of colors and the Balance in it is great but the others are lacking...

What are you trying to accomplish by saving it as a Gif? If you want the Bg to be transparent you have to save it as a PNG.
