You can make custom gamerpics easy. Take a con gamerpic, And inject with container edits. Then open up in paint like you would a screenshot Then just edit then inject back, then sign and transfer

About the arcade hacking, Me and a friend of mine "Diet" got bored, and decided to hack the arcade scores. It was fun, but it really didnt do anything for us but get us banned from it.
