I think the civil war was a little more than 50 years ago... And if we weren't critical about who's leading and representing us, where the hell would we be now? Yea I'm pretty sure there's a lot of sites like this and some of them are exactly photoshop. Pretty cool for editing pictures when you're not on a computer with photoshop.

Try to blend the render/stock a little better, it looks a little slapped on. Some adjusment/curve layers probably would help a little with the colors and work on text . The lighting of the background is completely different from the lighting on the render too, so that isn't helping any. It could use a lot of work, but keep at it .

Looks kinda LQ and oversharpened in places. So in other words, you suck. The c4d in front of her seems to throw off the flow a little too, but other than that it's good.
