my old isp while i was at my uni house (back home for a work placement year now) was 20mbps fiberoptic and i maxed a torrent at around 9mbps. downloaded an 8gb HD 1080p movie in about 30 mins. it was epic back here we have 8mbps... and torrents max out at 750kbps... on a good day
