im glad to see that they are actually trying to get fans nad impress people. it seams like they put a decent effort in this time. im also glad that they can make a persons face right. ive read the halo books (all 4) and its great that its not all about master chief. lets hope they dont epic fail this one.

i use Audacity atm (i guess i should have mentioned that, ill edit my original post). but it give a really gross staticy feedback that i cant get rid of when i record directly to it. if you know how to get rid of this, or can suggest a program that doesnt do it as bad. that would be great. ive tried a few things to get rid of the static but it either does very little to help or totally ruins the recording.

what would be the best software for recording music and mixing/ editing tracks? im looking for something that need minamal hardware, and is noob friendly. i have no budget so it has to be freeware or something i can jack, so in otherwords no extra requried hardware as i said before. im willing to try out a few differnt programs to see which i like so post any that you like and if you can post why you like it. this would be a huge help, thanks to all. was that directed at me? sigh ok look at this from the veiw point of a biz. we will use the numbers stated before just to make you all happy. ok you INVEST 1500 in a decal cutter. then 200-300 in a few rolls of decals in some nice colors. lets say someone comes you you asking for a sign, not too big just a 4foot by 3 foot sign. it takes about 10-20 min to type up what they want, find the right font, add there logo or whatever they want. press print wait 5 min. spend 20 min picking out the unwanted decal, 5 min applying the tape and evenly pressing it across the writing, peel it off, carefully apply the tape/decal to the board in which the sign will be, another 30 min after its been flatend out and then remover the tape with another 5 min. then boof you got a $150- $200 sign for about (20+5+20+5+30+5= 85) 85 ( 1 hour 35 min) of work you made 200 bucks. do the math and thats a decent profit. now just doing little signs like that and you can pay off your investment of 1500 pretty freaking fast. and it only took about 1/16 of the $100 roll max. so yea to spend an hour and a half for 200 bucks, is what i call easy. and the fact that you canould pay off the machine in 1-3 months is what i call accessible. when you think about it after youve paid it off all your left with is huge profit for little manual work and little time. if your trying to make money off of it you would be very hard pressed to make money off of tiny and unnecessary decals as the ones you posted. the way you make money with decals ins through advertisement. so when i made my post before it was meant to be form the view point of a businessman and not a bored 13 year old.

i completely second that notion. the body is a little funy shaped and the head stock is way abnormal. just refer to a real pic and youd be fine. wit hthat being said though, it is $%#^%# amazing. great job.

the thing is photoshop is just more practical and usable. gimp is kinda a pain. they can both do the something in theory, but photoshop is by far more popular and most used. the thing is if you dont want ot pay an arm and a leg (or jack it off limewire or something) then gimp is a decent option. another thing with gimp it would be harder to find tuts and help but it is out there. try them both out if you can and decide for yourself after a bit of messing around. hope that helped.

i don't really understand why everyone gets so worked up over brands. what works for you is great, whats the point in saying that someones OPINION is wrong? how in the hell can a personal opinion be wrong? they both have there benefits and flaws. supporting your favorite is fine but lets calm down here. the whole point in a free market system is so that the people who make a good product make money, the less fortunate don't. they are both some of the worlds biggest company i think its safe to say that none of them "suck" or whatever just one maybe more favorable then the other. its as simple as that.

um what exactly is wrong with bumping again? it doesnt say that you cant in the rules or anything. i dont personally see a problem with it either. whats the point in adding more rules? it isnt hurting anyone and it brings back good topics that new mebers would have missed. i believe they are equally qualified to participate in these conversations as anyone else. its not like they are senseless or hurtful, ya know what im sayin?

im quite familiar with the whole decal process, my family runs a biz that involves it along with other sublimation. its cool work, ive always enjoyed it. the thing is that people just dont realized how easy and assessable it is to make them, which is good for business XP

its working fine for me. try: refresh closing and re-opening your browser making sure your still connected to the web if all those fail then restart your comp i guess. (good ol windows......) thats all i can think of atm sorry.

ok im going to repeat myself, you psoting that just further proves that you couldnt have an iq that high. i said that the TEST (the test, not you) is wrong, try another test or two if you want something remotely accurate. what do you think the odds are that the first random. free. internet iq test is going to be 100% acurate? ive never heard of that test before what makes it legit? what is stoping someone like you or me, from making some test an posting on the internet? there is no proof that the maker knows anything at all. if you want to flash around your iq then make sure your right before you make yourself look stupid. id like to share with you a fact, judging by your shoutbox posts and board posts, you kinda frustrated or angry. it has been proven that when you are angry your iq drops significantly, there is little to no way that you actually have that iq, nevermind when your angry. id ask you to show some maturity and try and listien to me, im not trying to be a dick, or make you look stupid im trying to help you, now let me. if you disagree then prove me wrong, dont just b****,m show some facts an proof to back yourself. ok what everyone is saying is that the test is flawed, even if thats actually what the test said its obviously wrong. pick a better iq test to use this one is wrong. the problem isnt that anyone is wrong, it that the test is wrong. period. no more tears guys come on.

i find that same problem, especially on a site like this. it just makes it difficult to enjoy simple conversations or to give/get help from someone. needless conflict and stress thats all.

ok before everyone starts acting all high and mighty here, id like to clear some things up. i posted this quite awhile ago (maybe 10 months), and ive used it sense. now as you apparently think im just some stupid immature kid, i find it hard to compete with over used and crazy common stereotypes, they're always right, right? this was made for the same reasons as linux, which is free right? is that just a virus in a fancy box? i hope to whatever go you prey too that you dont think so. this was made in an effort to improve xp due to a hatred to Microsoft by the maker. it takes out pretty much everything you hated about xp, all the little errors an legal issues, its like linux but windows themed (or mac if you so wish). its not just a xp that looks like vista, it just has a vista theme available, as well as a theme for pretty much os, every version. sense this post i have used with every virus protection under the sun, no problems then, no problems before, no problems after. if it was just a big tracking bug i would have known before my "teenage ways" controlled me an i downloaded it for as you say "gaming" (witch i do none of on a pc, thank you for another very accurate stereotype). i did research this. i did talk to people, people who know things like this, your not the only computer genius on this earth, thank you very much. the reason this is better then xp is because it removes all the legal issues that Microsoft has to worry about, an is free. its like saying, for example all the volunteers of the world are all greedy back-stabbers, or that there isnt someone out there that is willing to do something about they disagree with, instead of complaining. now i wouldn't even remotely care about your post, if half of its points relied on stereotypes and assumptions. maybe some research cold have helped instead of trying to act smart. next time maybe add some more meaningless stereotypes to the argument. and lastly it soesnt matter how much you say "so sorry in advance lol" doesn't give you the freedom to say whatever you want an walk allover peoples thoughts, or beliefs. you cold have just pointed out some of the possible problems, and maybe lend a hand. but i guess your pointing finger works as well. before you reply, keep in mind. i dont let people walk all over me.

well im not sure what to say. i like it, dunno why and cant explain technically. it just looks good. i dont "get" gfx anymore so there is no reason for what i think. this section is dieing cuz all it does is killat least your still good with it, at least i think thtas good. sorry for the lack of help but what can i say?
