they have made around 2 million pre-orders though(165,000 + whatever they make this week.) I assume that more then COD sold on the xbox platfprm.

its based on IP addresses, and if theres a large influx you will 100% be banned. And this topic will be archived by google either way, though I doubt they analyze the archives.
