His sig had an image redirecting to a 403 error site, so it would prompt for password. Sig removed to prevent that.

My host only allows 4MB. Which is an improvement from the previous 2 MB. If I put it up to 1GB it would crash this server. Its a shared server and if just 2 people were uploading at once, that would knock me off my quota. It says at 4MB, sorry.
