I decided to add this, I forgot about this topic and this is very old news but, Police have confirmed it was a murder suicide and she had told her friends she was going to end it all because Sahel Kazemi thought McNair was seeing another woman and when this murder-suicide occurred, Sahel Kazemi had marijuana found in her body, and Steve McNair had alcohol in his blood and that it was over the state limit which he had in his body.
