i think that it should not get directly release to the public because there would be all the noobs that would cheat in matchmaking and change everything on their xboxlive profile , but i wish there it was handled better. like if there was a way people make the mods then someone resigns them the only problems about that is that there would be a very high demand for resigning and would be a lot of work. but in the end no matter what , it will be released earthier by accident or on purpose.
