  1. Well, like I said in the shoutbox, they're even going after the site designer. He's still "at large", so, apparently you can become a fugitive by designing a website.
  2. Check out the full story.
  3. What? The one I sent you? Yeah, it was pretty terrifying. I'll send it to you.
  4. Not like he'd stay anyway.
  5. I saw this gif just recently, this guy drifted around a semicircle. It was so perfect it almost looked fake.
  6. I find it amusing that Nintendo releases current gen console just in time for Sony and Microsoft to release a new console.
  7. http://media1.gameinformer.com/imagefeed/featured/microsoft/360images/xbox360610.jpg So, according to MVC, the new rung of consoles will be revealed at E3 2012. Their unarmed sources claim, that the consoles will be shown in some form at E3 2012. "Microsoft has long been rumored to detail its next-gen plans at E3 2012, and MCV's third-party publishing sources claim the firm had signaled to partners this will happen," the reports says. "The 360 is one of the longest-serving games consoles in history. But the real surprise is an early move from Sony. Execs at the PlayStation firm have made it clear to third-parties that they will not be left behind this time." The price and release date aren't expected to be revealed. So, what do you guys think, does it be legit? It should also be noted that the Wii U will be at E3 2012, this could definitely steal some thunder. [source: MCV]
  8. Pointless, and narcissistic status update.
  9. Very cool. See what I did there? Cool, liquid hydrogen. COME ON!
  10. I don't think you read the article. They're attacking the executives and sony, not the PSN.
  11. http://media1.gameinformer.com/imagefeed/featured/sony/anonymous/anonymous_610.jpg Anonymous recently released a YouTube video threatening Sony for supporting SOPA. They have since clarified that if this attack were to take place, it would be focused on Sony Executives and not the PlayStation Network. Apparently, there were those among the hacker group who wanted to attack the PlayStation Network, but they concluded that they would not attack PSN. The plan now seems to be to post personal information about Sony executives online, deface Sony's website with anti-SOPA propaganda, and make copywritten Sony media available for free from links on Sony's assorted websites. Since the threat was brought up, Sony has scaled back its support of SOPA, which may have been a result of Anonymous' threat, and it could also be enough for Anonymous to drop the whole thing. http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2012/01/01/anonymous-has-no-plans-to-attack-the-playstation-network.aspx
  12. No shit, you live in Canada.
  13. http://media1.gameinformer.com/imagefeed/featured/sopa/sopa_610.png The biggest video game companies in the world, and effectively some of the strongest voices behind the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), have withdrawn their support. SOPA seeks to allow companies to shut down sites like piratebay.org that illegally stream or allow users to download copywritten media. If SOPA were to pass, a company like Sony could make a request to bar advertising or shut down a down sites that give users an avenue to download illegal media. The internet does not like this bill, and hacker group Anonymous even threatened Sony with another attack becasue of its support of the bill. We know that Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft pulled its support, because those companies no longer appear on the list of supporters of the bill. The list does however still feature the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) of which those three companies are still members of, so they are still behind the bill, only in tangential sort of way. It's a good thing. Via Gameinformer.com
  14. Anonymous is upset at Sony for supporting the SOPA act, and is threatening to shut down its network again. The hacker group also threatened Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian, and Taylor Swift. Here is the full text of their threat: "Hello, SONY. We are Anonymous. It has come to the attention of the Anonymous activist community that you have chosen to stand by the Stop Online Piracy Act. This act will halt online businesses and restrict access to many sites for many users. Supporting SOPA is like trying to throw an entire company from off a bridge. Your support to the act is a signed death warrant to SONY Company and Associates. Therefore, yet again, we have decided to destroy your network. We will dismantle your phantom from the internet. Prepare to be extinguished. Justice will be swift, and it will be for the people, whether some like it or not. Sony, you have been warned. To those doubting our powers. We've infiltrated the servers of Bank of America, The United States Department of Defense, The United Nations, and Lockheed Martin. In one day. For their approval to SOPA, we have also declared that our fury be brought upon the following persons. Justin Bieber. Lady Gaga. Kim Kardashian. and Taylor Swift. Operation Blackout, engaged. Operation Mayhem, engaged. Operation LulzXmas, engaged. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Supporters of SOPA, you should've expected us." Now might be a good time to change your PSN password and grab Rochard off the PlayStation Network. If you hate reading, you can also check out this bizarre video of the threat being read by a robot voice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjOPXpd9PSU ******' SOPA man, I'm not sure who's side I'm on. It sucks for the people on the PSN but SOPA is terrible. It use the same censorship methods China and North Korea use. And I'm sure if the US passes it the UK will be hot on our heels. It could restrict sites like facebook and youtube basically anything user generated or anything really. I'm sure it'll get passed too, hell the Military Authorization Act got passed and you didn't hear a single mention of it anywhere, the only place I heard anything about it was The Daily Show. And that just allows for the indefinite detainment of US civilians without right to fair trial, you know, the fifth amendment. "Until the end of hostilities" is how they put it. With terror. Until the end of hostilities with Terror. So, never. Fighting a war on terror is like fighting a war on evil, you can't win and it won't be over. **** this country man, Canada's looking better and better.
  15. Armed with a raw, provocative script penned by 19-year-old Harmony Korine (Gummo), controversial photographer-filmmaker Larry Clark follows a group of aimless New York teens around the city with few parents and even fewer boundaries. Telly (Leo Fitzpatrick) is on a mission to deflower as many virgins as possible with an addle-brained theory that boffing first-timers will protect him from contracting HIV. Trouble is, he already has it. Synopsis from Netflix
  16. Yes, Requiem is pretty I'm not sure what you'd call it. Disturbing I guess. It's up there with Kids and Irreversible.
  17. So that's what did it.
  18. You're about two years too late.
  19. Yeah, I figured that's why you were doing it and it's a pretty long speech. Almost ten minutes if I remember correctly. Maybe just use the bit at the begging? It's shorter.
  20. I would not make this. For the real criticism, you shouldn't cut back to Chaplin, it really screws up the pacing and only use footage from one game or the cutscenses from Halo Wars, because switching graphics also makes it feel weird. I'd use the cutscenes from Halo Wars and Halo Reach, just because they look better.

  22. I want that instead of my 2004 Daihatsu Charade.
  23. http://media1.gameinformer.com/imagefeed/featured/gameinformer/news/2011/december/miyamoto1211-610.jpg Yes, that's right, that's Miyamoto, on a Kart, from Mario Kart.
  24. I tried to post this two times in the shoutbox a few days ago. I kept ******* up the url somehow. I just gave up.
