Wouldn't work, it's impossible, I think No, not impossible. Just take the warthog tire effects such as throwing up dirt, or ice, or smoke or whatever, and replace it with flames. Not impossible, just difficult. Techincally impossible for this community at the moment. And to accomplish this, you'd definately need a .MAP resigner.

I had this idea, but i learned that you are simply changing the collection maps and therfore all that would need to be signed would be the con.....i think
