Well there are renders, where the sig is basically made from scratch. There are stocks (which this one is), where they take an image and change it. If Happy Buddah was to post the stock he used, you would be able to see a big difference. There are also other methods (vector/brushes/etc.) but their not as common.

I watched the first few seconds (didn't want to download the whole thing) and from what I saw it looked good.

Does it really matter? The point is, he doesn't have one. So move on.

There is more security on a Halo 3 map then a Halo 2. Here is what peaches has said earlier in this thread.

If you have a ban wish, then yes. You may not get banned the first time, you may even not get banned on the second, but sooner or later you'll get banned. It happened to me and it has even happened to Peaches.

No, you just need to have .net framework 2.0 installed on the computer. Most Halo modding programs require .net framework 2.0.
