The only thing you really failed with in this sig is the blur.

Its ok for a first. What did you use to make the background? Unless your me and you fail at it, even if I follow a tutorial

Some clips you can tell that they are staged. So you should work on faking better

Reason why ghost effect isn't working = Not sure Reason its taking over Backwash = Its taking over the spot of backwash there is nothing you can do about that unless you make your own patch. Reason there is no picture = Nothing you can do about that unless you take your own picture of the map and make a main menu.
