I don't think your computer would get that hot that quick. I would try the dust theory first, then maybe reformat if you can (you may have a virus). Try putting a mini pedestal fan blowing on it and see if it helps.

Ok I'll try and make it simple. You want to enter a building, this building has a security guard. The guy says you can enter without showing and ID, but if you change something within the building you have to show your ID, or the building will get shut down. or You can access a computer without a password, but if you change a file on the computer and don't enter a password you computer will turn itself off. or Fixing the security checks within a map makes the game think that bungie made the map.

Where are you guys getting this information? PS: They lost me after I finished campaign. Edit: I found it. If they want to keep/bring players back, all they need to do is release map editing programs that will resign.

This one seems to have more information then the others so I'll let it be.
