Like if M$ finds out that the source account has been used to download things people haven't payed for they will banned your xbox more than likely. Also how do you plan on playing them on your other account? You need to buy them on your main account before you can play them on it.

Well you get an account that has already bought for example Halo: CE and then download it onto your xbox for free. But it doesn't really help because to use it on the other account you need to have paid for it.

You did answer his question really. If the xbox 360 usb port is a USB 2.0 (not sure if it is), then it can supply 5volts (thats if MS hasn't put some sort of cap on it). So to work out how many LEDs you can put on it you need to found out how many volts the unmodded controller takes take that from 5volts. Then divide that by how much a single LED uses (not sure how much). Then bam thats how many you can put on it.
