The motherboard definitely is favoring the video cards. It has a massive 3 PCI Express slots just in case you want to house 3 massive video cards. Otherwise it looks fine. What did you pay for that motherboard?

That could be a corrupt plugin file. Did you try and name any plugins that you might of messed up?

Go to the settings and make sure that the "Invisible" check box is not checked.
