It means your opening a file EX (.sppf) that it doesn't know what to do with it, so it creates that error. Theres 2 things to do 1. Use firefox 2. Go to the assiocations in internet explorer add the file type and find a program for it to open it in.

Did you internalize the music file? That would cache it allowing it to slow down. Is it in the correct audio format?

He didn't change projectiles. When he shot, his partner would be spawning a Warthog right in front of him, etc. The Shotgun didn't show any projectile, and it's very likely there was someone behind the vehicles throwing grenades.
