Sure they do, I'll make them .map mods/films, and programs (even though they cant use the programs). All for free, except for the fact that it takes $ to get there.. lol

For community gain. I don't plan on even using it for making stuff for myself, everyone here needs to understand that. I can be more blunt and say anyone that isn't as smart as me should not have a devkit, being that even I will barely understand how to make a game.

Idk, everyone else is getting one, and they won't even know how to use it, and some (if not most) will be asking me for help about something I don't even got lol. I ordered the Members List (Descending) by Posts. So, basically a big list of Top Posters. The 40th Top Poster has 107 posts, 80th has 39 and the first account with zero posts is the 927th. Basically, take 927 off the total members to date and it tells you how many have zero posts lol. We can do this easily through ACP, this was for members.. lol

No, [REQ] lets you ask/get something for free, and [bUY] you MUST purchase using cash. [TRADE] is anything but cash. It helps organize everything.

Staff are chosen by staff, rep will be taken into consideration, but it really relies more on activeness, not quality of work.

VIP get less leniancy b/c they should already know the rules, they have earned their spot among ibotmodz best. Members are new, and need to understand the rules and get involved first, so they get more leniancy. Spamming/Viruses/Porn warns/bans are still different, these rules are only for Flaming (Harrassment)

I see this happening alot lately, so I feel this needs to be addressed. I will simply outline what happens per Usergroup if you are caught flaming another member, or harrassing someone. Member 1st Offence - 12 Hour Ban. 2nd Offence - 1 Day Ban. 3rd and 4th Offence - 1 Week Ban. 5th Offence (If Applicable) - Permanent Ban. VIP 1st Offence - 1 Day Ban. 2nd Offence - 1 Week Ban. 3rd Offence - VIP Status Stripped. 4th Offence - Permanent Ban. All previous occurences do not count, as of now this is in effect. I couldn't care less if you decide to follow the rules, you all get 3 chances before perm ban. VIP don't get more leniancy, they need to understand how we enforce rules. Have a nice day.

Next person to flame someone gets 2 day ban. I'm nice to everyone, if you even message me in anyway to get unbanned, you get 1 day added on each time.

I have a lovely idea. Whenever I'm online or in the shoutbox (at my home pc (AIM/MSN)), if I see anyone flame someone, I ban you for 2 days. I don't even ask why you were doing it. If the other person is flaming back (and I see it), they get 2 day bans too. If a new member is flamed, you get 1 week banned.

So.. this changes the name of the map and description of the .map that is used on your 360 / game disc? Moved to H3 Modding, no download.
