It's transparent for me. It could be an ActiveX problem, try disabling the ActiveX controls and try viewing the site again.

If you click the button and you here it "click" or something, rub two fingers from the middle of the tray TOWARDS the power button (pushing the tray in) and lift your fingers at the end of the tray, and it should pop open. Mine does this whenever there isn't a disc in the tray lmfao.
