Why is it unneeded? Is that an opinion or a fact? You have to have facts to support your opinion. You can't just say it's not needed. The forum should be public so everybody can view it and participate. Post won't count there so there we shouldn't worry about spamming.This forum is totally un-needed.
You could just have a post in VIP.
