It's good to hear that everyone else has the problem. I thought everyone would think I was crazy. Anyone know how to actually fix it though, because it's hella annoying?

I haven't played Oblivion. In fallout you can go back and do side quests for achivements. You can also go explore the wastleland, rank up, and do some awesome stuff.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Whenever I upload a video, once the little progress bar is finished it just stays there. Then after I wait 30 mins, I then close the tab and then its uploaded. WTF is going on? I'm rendering my vids in .wmv, 640x480 (DVD Quality), very sharp, best quality, and lossless audio.

There are so many things wrong with getting free microsoft points. #1, Even if it was free, Microsoft would eventually find out and call your house. #2, If you can't afford them, then you have no life and need to get a job. #3, Even if its not a code, or something like an "undetectable" exploit, anything that needs your information is definately a bot, or a phishing service. Think before you give your account away, its common sense.
