I have a legal IPB and meh, if my dad'll pay 3 bucks a month I'll upload it. Don't ask.

Well, as you guys might know I haven't liven in a house for more than a year because it hasn't sold. Well, its only because of the bad economy and if you guys remember my making a topic saying that my house just sold, well it did. But it sold for 20 thousand dollars below the asking price. If my house sold for the original offer price ($169,000), my parents said that we could afford a $320,000 house. But because of my dad's company policy we only had 1 more month and that was the best offer so we excepted it. My parents now say that we can afford a $200,000 house at the max. Thing is, is that my mom found a cheap ass house, that is pretty nice but lives in a shitty neightborhood for 145,000. My dad says we'll have more than 900 dollars in savings every month for things like computers, games, furniture, etc. Should I go for the shitty house, or get a good house?
