    My baby

My baybay http://i44.tinypic.com/21k9e78.jpg this is mah baby, I've been working on her for the last couple of months. I bought it stock ('01) from my uncle for 2400 and I've done nothing but put money into body modifications. So far, I have done 3 inch body lift (going to buy another 2 inch suspension lift when I get the $)37 inch tires (35 for inspection ) in this picture, it's just on 33'strail lights (not in this picture, this is after my first few mods to it)built and installed a snorkel that runs up to the passenger side (like in this picture http://www.swedenoff...6a/P1010016.JPG incase I get stuck in the mud, I don't drown my engine )bought and installed an extra header to crank out a few extra horsepower5 point seatbelt for the driver and 8 points for passenger (face it, the second you lift a jeep, it's going to ******* roll)full body rollcage (can't see in picture)ripped out stock jeep seats and put in toyota racing seats (toyota and jeep seats match, who'da thought?)bigger tree winch and motor on the frontnew stereo with 6 speaker overhead soundbar and 2 amps behind passenger seatother little things that noone cares aboutThis thing rips through offroads and mud almost as much as an f350 I'm so hick, most teens want a fast car when they can drive, I built my own damn tractor so that's what I've been doing, what have you? ps, I'll upload more pics when I find the time.
  21. First off, companies do not build pre-builds to attempt to "skimp" anyone out of any equipment. The reasons the prices are so high are because of chance of failure parts and labor. The reason your pre-build sucks, is because it's meant for the general public. It's build cheap with shit parts so that people in bad economical situations can still afford a computer. You are never, ever, going to find a pre-build that is more powerful than my computer is currently. The fact that you are saying that is just nonsense, of course pre-builds suck. Now, on to your reasons. The fact that Quinn was clumsy and nicked his fingers on the corners inside your machine has nothing to do with the fact that it's a prebuild, it's probably a small motherboard form factor causing there to be a lot of clutter and enclosed spaces inside your machine, making it easy to hit your hand as you are installing an expansion card. The thermal paste the company used (in this case Gateway) is a Gateway product, if not it is one they get cheap. The reason they do that is for a vertical monopoly, if they use their own products that they make, they save money. If they are saving money, they don't care how good the quality of the paste is, just the fact that it keeps your CPU from bursting into flames. Of course when you switched it you were going to get a decrease, imagine buying a car, with stock parts. When you take the stock parts out and replace them with after-market parts, your performance is going to increase. Have fun reading that wall of text, but next time you attempt to bash a company for doing what is necessary for a company to survive, learn the facts. PS, your welcome for fixing your grammar and spelling mistakes.
