There is a difference between "theoretical allocated traffic" (if you had no interference such as networking devices, distance etc) and your real transfer rate, which is after the distance is calculated, networking devices, etc.. MW2 Has a completely different story line then MW1, introduces a new game engine supposedly, lots of new weapons, new maps, new custom classes, ranks etc. MW2 is far from an expansion. MW2 Has a new campaign and has multiplayer, and LOTS of new features.
