I'm assumeing this is to late,but you want a high Agility,that effects AP. You want a high intelligence,that effects how many points you can use when you level up.Set it to level 9 (there's an intelligence Bobble Head in Rivet city) Set strength to 4 because you can pick up a strength bobble head in Megaton.I wouldnt set it below 3 though because you need atleast a 4 in strength I think to get the strong back perk. Keep Luck up because it effects your chance of critical hits. Endurance can be at 5-4. Perception,I like it high so you can see the bad guys earlier and either go around or sneak up,or prepare to go charging in. Charisma,not as important as you think it is so set that lower. Hope this helps.
