Inproved site award - Post something really useful, report rule breaking posts so a moderator can deal with the problem. Anything that will improve the site. Entertainment award - Post anything that is entertaining, eg. story, song, video, review, etc. Hope that helps, by the way if you go "Links -> Medals" there is a description of all medals.

I made the post generators awhile back http://www.ibotmodz.net/lab/. You fill in the information and then it gives you a post you can just copy and paste. Test it in the off-topic section if you want.

When a staff member gives someone a medal they have to give a reason as well. Example for getting the entertainment award: "You have made myself and alot of members laugh". Giving himself all the medals would just be stupid. Every staff member also has the ability to handout medals and giving myself all the medals would just be stupid because I didn't earn them. Hope that clears everything up.
