We now have a reverse DNS (proved here: http://intodns.com/ibotmodz.net) , so our mail should be delivered everywhere. I've re-enabled "email validation" during registration. I hope bots can't validate their emails.

Every version I have, and every version I've downloaded shows that same virus error. I've been using this program for 3 years. If it really had a backdoor all this time, someone would of found out. I think its safe.

I obtained some Halo Reach new screenshots from halo3. He said he got them from PNET. He also said that 343 is making a mappack for Halo Reach that is soon to be released. I'm only posting this because I didn't see it on any other sites, so it must be either fake or good. 1 Firefight, 3 MP maps

They beat reCaptcha on sign up, probably using decaptcher. So probably wouldn't help and would make annoyances for real members. Nice suggestion though.

If your just starting a website you can start small on shared hosting which can be as low as 2$ a month. If you want a good VPS then you can use that 20/m to get a nice little VPS. Depends how much resources this future site will consume.

Members who register though don't want to wait for myself or fattwam to manually approve them. That would most positively push away any possible member.

I already did, the main problem is @gmail.com but I'm not blocking that. All the emails are like 12340912309@gmail.com, I could just re-enable email validation, but our emails don't get validated yet since I don't have rDNS setup, so 50% of our emails would be bounced. Once I don't have a single red X on this site: http://intodns.com/ibotmodz.net I can re-enable email validation.

I don't know many that would take advantage of the service, unless you had an amazing word of mouth. I never cared for the Halo 3 version of that type of service, but maybe I don't understand the size of the market for this type of request.
