Because IPB 3 was delayed so much, I've decided to release the Download Manager. Most the downloads I had ready to enter, but I never did. Since the simplicity to enter them on IPB3 is easier then on here. Nonetheless, its open and will start accepting submissions.

I've been having this problem for a long time, so there is not one specific event I can match to it. Anytime I open an app (coded from here or there) not like Microsoft Word. It takes the size of the previous opened app. So If I opened a small H3 stat program, its like 200x200 pixels. Then I open a large program, and it loads in 200x200 when its suppose to be like 800x400.I didn't make the apps, so its not a coding fault. I could have some strange setting on my computer that caches app size and doesn't reset it. Windows XP SP3

I bet that cloud froze it. You can't place some things otherwise they just freeze or don't load.

Some VIP might remember this app except back then it was written in VB, now its C#. Taking time to re-write it allowed me to learn a lot more C# than I knew. First enter your GT Then wait 2-3 seconds and boom. I've tested tons of gamertags given to me to test. If any through an error tell me and I'll try and fix it. Next update features a medal count for every medal. If you add up "Campaign/Customs" and "Matchmaking" games it doesn't equal total games.
