You just posted to it, by "bumping" it. Therefore its not new content, since you just read it. The "View New Content" works actually horribly right now. I just reverted it back to the way it was in 2.3.6, so try now.

Thats just more usergroups then. A VIP is a VIP. The donor group still has specifications to work out, because it doesn't grant VIP, so it has to work for both Members and VIP.

Were at the point for no more colors. Sites get destroyed for having 20 different usergroup colors. We can add "VIP+" lol, otherwise I'm out of ideas.

It was put in VIP so you can trust people. Since selling to randoms isn't exactly safe.

For quite some time, VIP has been un-attainable (except for the people that already have it). After watching the REP system over the past few weeks, the Staff and I have chosen a REP requirement to get into VIP. 100 Positive Rep and 1+ month of membership. There is no automatic process that will place you in VIP once you hit 100. That is to prevent boosting and cheating, once you get close to 100 or so we will notice you and manually move you to VIP when that happens. Thanks, and look forward to some new VIP's.
