I don't believe you can... As I recall you have a Halo 3 360, and an Arcade. Neither of which are vulnerable to the timing attack, which I'm pretty sure you need to unban yourself.
By dashboard films he means the actual 360 videos. No, it's not. "Dashboard films" are just wmv files in either a pirs or live container. While Halo films are what DJ Shepherd said. If it's a full CON extractor, then that's different.

That's an extremly flawed method. When you copy the Account file (The file that has the gamertag) from an offline account to an online account the online account becomes offline only.
