  1. Maybe the reason people aren't releasing proper hashers is because profile modding is a BAD thing... just an idea
  2. ********, it was you.
  3. Just looking at his post on Xbox-Scene next to his posts here there are so many contradictions.
  4. Thanks to one of the good old staff of this site, the SDK is really easy to find, and to mod you don't need to be able to program...
  5. You can do a lot more than that.
  6. Which really defeats the purpose because if you're using them for modding then you need to already have them.
  7. You can't run xexs with the exploit, the code runs in "HyperVisor" mode, which basically means it runs without any of the limitations OR benefits of the HyperVisor, meaning you can't run xexs.
  8. Exactly.
  9. You need a 360 with a base kernel of 1888, which means around launch. The downgrading to the dashes means to the exploitable dashes so you can use the King Kong exploit to run unsigned code.
  10. Did you even read what the @%#$ peaches and I said?
  11. I wonder where this came from...
  12. Even if you could build CON files and put the maps in them and get them to show up as DLC in the game, you'd still need to resign the map file, which we will never be able to do.
  13. The thing is that he DOESN'T know how to do campaign saves, so he wouldn't be able to make you one...
  14. 50 Cent is my G! Back off!
  15. Yes, a reviewer kit is just like a dev kit without a sidecar, however if he gives you one, he'll be in big trouble.
  16. I can't talk for them, but the amount of s*** they got for their hard work doesn't really balance out, while some people congratulated them, they got people saying they were lying and that they could mod on retail but were just hiding it, and that they were just bragging. And s*** hasn't stopped, if people are going to leak and steal stuff created by other members of the community, why should they share?
  17. They don't release.
  18. In my view, the point of public research has always been to allow the public to expand on the research. In this case, the public already has a great deal of research and they are doing nothing to expand it, so why should the people in the "circle" give them anymore?
  19. The problem is that the people with dev kits outside of the "circle" have nothing to contribute and are going entirely on research done by others.
  20. No, they don't check the firmware.
  21. Ah, makes sense.
  22. You are? I think I missed something then.
  23. No. What you think is modding is easy. Difference.
  24. Do you really need the source for something THAT simple?
  25. And how about buying a dev kit for Halo 3 modding, lying to get into X-U, and trying to sell thing you can't make?
