What has happened?

Hey guys, I'm xHdTxHaloModder, or 'Halomodder2000' some of you may remember me from the 'original' iBotModz. I was one of the like the first 20? people to register on iBM on ibotmodz.forumer.com, or whatever the old URL was, and was a moderator for a couple weeks in the start of it all, I came back to see what was up, and I was reading up on the news section , and I saw alot of clashing information about the site closing / staying open, I'm just wondering what happened? Because I remember the first day it opened, and now It's closing? Can someone explain what's going on?
