Do you know how the resigner works, or are you just the type of guy who is happy using it and doesn't care how it works?

I seriously doubt he has any knowledge on CON files.

Bit of each really. Haven't much knowledge when it comes to .con files.

I find it sad that you have a "con resigner that you don't know how to use". Those things are kinda self-explainatory. If it has a gui, then there's probably a button that says resign, or something of the sort. However, chances are that it's a real resigner, or is just an old client that doesn't work anymore.

if your not going to use it could you give it to someone who you trust who WILL use it to make some mods? cuz the more people who can mod the more mods that will be released to the community.

To be honest, I am tired of all Halo mods. I just don't know why a server based resigner like 360gs or XSS is not released for usermaps yet .... There will be way better mods out there and since server based, it should be fine.
