seriously ive been watching all modding forums for the last few weeks like a hawk just to get these maps please i really want these god damn mods!!!

If you can mod which I gather from this site is unlikely, you would need to explain yourself or show proof. Um anyway I would say create a mod that is a playable map designed for some Gametype that is creative and original. Maybe start with a map that is fun to play like many of the maps in the forge section and add to them with modz. If you need creative guidance I play halo way too much and have all the time in the world to help. If you do make a pelican mod beshure to give us a lot of them and make them forgeable and savable like the sandtrap elephants.

dark ok since i gave you forgePC you can only mod offline so far beacuse devong has found a offline resigner and you cant even do that yet beacuse you diddent get your xsata yet but when u get it i know you will be modding and dont release forge pc to anyone but mfone skipper me and you.

c to me modding ofline olny is like modding but not finishing plus it makes everyone want stuff they cant have but see on the offline modz.

Snowbound V2 isn't a mod. It has shade turrets because during the Epsilon beta, you could add those and many other things which aren't included in the final version. Just because you don't see it on the retail, doesn't mean it wasn't available on prior versions.

look i we could sit here all day talking about who can and who cant mod or we could try and get the rats nest and pit mods with the pelicans i have been trying to get em for ages and no ones releasing them, i aint gonna leak em but im waiting for someone to leak em or for someone to decide to give me the mods *puts gun to puppy dog's head*

and ifyou really can mod and are looking for a chellenge try and make us pelican that we can fly i mean i aint no modder but it doesnt occur to me why cant you just switch the values of a pelican with that of a hornet or some crap like that

I dont think thats its you'll get banned I think its that theres no way can fly it....Not yet.

A CON resigner doesnt allow you to fly things...and a actual resigner hasnt been figured out.

Dont u need a dev-kit to fly a pelican??? or can u just swap the skin with a banshee or hornet? but it still wouldnt be flying the pelican

No, you can't fly a pelican yet. period.

No, out tools are no where near advanced enough to do that. I remember some one on my friends list used to have RtG in it.

A CON is the generic container file for the xbox 360. The only way to mod is editing a forge file which tells everything you added where to spawn, or a devkit which can run unsigned code.
