Antec 902 is a great case. My computer has it. Awesome cooling and lots of room for upgrades. 1200w PSU is overkill for the moment lol. a 1000W is great enough for you. I have the Antec 750w Blue PSU and the only problem I have with it is that Antec did not make the wires long enough to run behind the mobo and out of sight. Kinda weird but great. 24 GBs of RAM!?!? What do you plan to do? render four 2 hour movies together all at once?? Dude, I have 4 GBs of RAM (planning on getting 2GBs more) and the only time my PC ran out of RAM on a video render was on a video that used over 150 clips. You don't need that much RAM dude. haha
