well it could be possibly, when you mess up it adds you in with 1 "a" button press so with master chief luck you might be able too...

Hi, im new to this site and i dont thik i have seen anything about the 3 player co-op glitch so ill post it here and see what happens... if i did miss it however, then im srry... Okay, This is only done on LOCAL ONLY. Get two people in the campaign lobby, have a third controller on and ready to sign in, TO A TEMPORARY PROFILE, This is essential! Okay, with two people in the lobby hit (A) to start the count-down, then hit (A) again, select TEMPORARY PROFILE, then wait for the screen to go almost completely black, then select yes. If Done correctly, it took me about 9 tries until i got it right, u will have 3 people able to play co-op campaign on the same xbox. There are some side effects though, i will post thoose later...nothing too serious though like, RROD, or anything like that.
