if you download a rapidshare file as a free user, the person who uploaded the file gets 'rapidpoints' or their premium account extended, or something along the lines of that, but Im 100% sure thats the reason, I just don't know the reward.

Arial 12 font ? You can't get lowercase? if you type and nothing shows up, make the text box bigger cause chances are your font doesnt fit in your box.

layer settings, outer glow, make it black I guess. Do as I say and lower case that 'i'!

it's good. jk seriously though, change the boldness of the text, that's crap. If you want to differentiate your 'i' and make it look better, use your original text but just make it a lower case 'i'
