I've heard you talking about that error for a long time now. I would ask Dark Slipstream nicely if we would take your permissions (I know thats a feature in phpBB3) and test it himself. If it doesn't work send a PM to iBotPeaches, maybe you have a specific user permission that messed up the group permissions, because you can only have 1 permission. group or user.

Hey guys, Bungie was pretty smart on this one, they released a Halo 3 map for FREE so EVERYBODY will download it. Be aware when downloading the map, a map scanner comes. It will check ONLY your fileshare for modded content. You can own the modded maps/gametypes/screenshots/films, but if you put them in your fileshare the fileshare scanner that you downloaded with Cold Storage will ban you from fileshares/matchmaking and ONLINE only customs. Most people think your getting banned from customs forever, but thats only online customs to prevent spreading of maps. You only get one chance so don't blow it.
