is it possible to make mods respawn lyke say if u kill a sparten can u make it respawn??

i am about to mod in a couple of days i jes oredered my xport, i have some questions, is it possible to make more wepaons then aloowed on map, like make respawn points into snipers, so you would have like 50 snipers?
