Try a clean map. If the clean map works then its your modded map that is broken. If they both don't work trying downloading Entity again. If Entity doesn't work then its Vista.

Only bad thing is that you can't really see any of the numbers.

You need to have the main menu and both shared maps in the same spot as the map you are trying to mod.
