While it is still be published by 'Activision' it is being produced by a different company (Treyarch). So they could of been working on it halfway through COD4. The current 4 COD plus the new 1 have all had the same publisher (Activision). But the producers have changed through the games. COD - Infinity Ward COD2 - Infinity Ward COD3 - Treyarch COD4 - Infinity Ward COD5 - Treyarch I have never played COD 3 nor 1, but people say that number 3 sucked and it was produced by Treyarch. So if there last COD game was anything to go by then this one aint going to take the price either.
