The clutch is the small bolt in the centre, it's called a one way clutch. Thanks for your help

Hey, due to the help desk being a fail atm, i'll post this here aswell. Here goes... My pull start for my petrol skateboard has stopped working, and I was wandering if any of you could help me... I think the clutch is slipping when im pulling it, and its not gripping so the engine wont turn over. It's not problems with the engine, as I can manually turn it over but not start it.
