Ok this is a quick tut how to do all controller glitches, if you know any others please tell me and ill give you credit and edit my topic Sword Cancel Press R and X at the same time while looking at an enemy and the aimer of the sword has to be red Sword Butterfly Tap R and X at the same time while an enemy is jump on your head. Make sure the person on your head keeps jumping and you keep pressing R and X at the same time as quick as you can Rocket butterfly Some people like this more than the sword butterfly. Same thing as sword butterfly but this time press X and B as quick as you can Double Shot ok this one takes some practice. This is done with the BR. You have to press R twice but really fast then press X right after that. BXR The name says it all, again with a BR. Make sure you are pretty closy to an enemy (so that you can melee him) Then press B and then quickly press X and then R. It should kill your enemy or at least take down his shield if he hasnt got an overshield Mini butterfly This is more of a normal glitch, not a controller glitch but anyway...Ok have some one to jump on your head then tell the person to jump and when he is at his peak you jump and tell the person who is above you to jump again. Grenade jump This is more of a normal glitch, not a controller glitch but anyway...also you have to be host. Just throw a grenade (plasma or frag) and just before it explodes jump to reach higher places. Rocket jump This is more of a normal glitch, not a controller glitch but anyway...For this one you have to be host again. Look down while holding a rocket launcher then jump and when ur at your peak shoot a rocket. Rocket canceling This could be used if some superjumped on top of a map and you cant do the superjump so you can just rocket cancel you way up. Ok for this you need a rocket launher and a sword. Aim at an enemy with you rocket launcher and make sure the aimer is red. Then tap X,B,Y and R at the same time as quick as you can. This is the way i do it and works. There are many other ways...And there are peopl saying that this isnt possible anmore..well thanks for the lie. Quad Shot This is really hard. Grab a BR and press R twice but really fast then press X and press Y twice and really fast and then press R twice but really fast then press X. This whole process must be done really fast. So this is what you do R,R,X,Y,Y,R,R,X I think thats pretty much all i can think of. Sorry for any spelling mistakes and please tell me if i forgot something. All written by nielsss

  13. Upgrade / Swap / Install new HD (HDD, Harddisk, Harddrive) in your Xbox with EVOLUTIONX v1.8.2594 or higher/newer 1. What you need : * EvolutionX 1.8.2594 or higher/newer dashboard. (for legal reasons I can't place a downloadlink on this site) * A modchip/bios with the HDD-swap hack. (check our modchip tables to make sure your modchip/bios has the hdd swap feature). If you plan to install a +137gb HD, you will have to patch your bios to add with LBA48 support if it doesn't have it yet. You can use XBtool or EVtool to patch the latest bioses. You have 2 choices on how to patch your bios: give all available space to partition6 (drive F) or give all available space till 137gb to partition6 (drive F) and rest to partition7 (drive G). Note that this last option is only officially supported since evolution-x 1.8.3921. Pro side of the 2nd option is that you can also still boot your xbox with older hacked bioses without LBA48 support. (you will only see drive F, not drive G). If your HD is larger then 137gb and your bios does not have LBA48 support you will only be able to use max 137gb. * A new Harddrive/Harddisk/HDD. NO need to zero(hdprepare) the drive anymore like with older evo-x versions. update (only important if you plan to use a HD larger then 137gb): Newer bioses can now be patched to add LBA48 support so +137gb drives are now possible. If you use a +137gb HD and do not have a bios/kernel with LBA48 support you will only be able to use max 137gb. * A CD-RW/DVD-RW (or anything that reads fine in your xbox). * EvoX dashboard installed on your current HD. (tutorial) * Know how EvoX Dashboard works (ftp , transfering files , configuring ini file , network settings, ...). 2. Backup your settings Boot your Xbox. Under "Systems Utils" , select "Backup". (this is the location of the backup utility if u didn't change the menu structure in the original evox.ini file). This should have made a backup of some important settings of your xbox. If everything worked fine it made a directory /backup in the C drive of your Xbox HD. 3. Backup your drives Connect with FTP to your Xbox and copy the whole "C" and "E" drive to your PC HD. ("C" is pretty small , the size of "E" depends on what u uploaded there already). Make 100% sure you have a FULL backup of the Xbox C & E drive on your PC. Also check that in C you have a directory /backup with 5 files in it. If you don't have this it means something went wrong in step 2. 4. Make a EvoX Install HD disk These are the files you need on your Evox Install HD CD : * The EvoX XBE file , should be placed in the disk root and called "default.xbe" * The "evox.ini" should be changed , open it in notepad. Make sure the network settings are set correctly for your home network. Under "[Misc]" put "UseFDrive" to "Yes" If you have a +137gb HD and want to use partition7 (drive G), also put "UseGDrive" to "Yes", else leave it to "No". Delete everything what's under "[Menu]" it and replace by this : For EvolutionX version 1.8.2594 till v1.8.3285 (if your HD is +137gb and you have a bios with LBA48-rest-to-part6 support it will make 1big F drive) Section "Install Menu" { Item "Install New drive",@210 Item "MS Dashboard",@3 Item "Reboot",@5 Item "Power Off",@10 } [Action_10] Info "Install HDD - Xbox-Scene" Warning "This will format all drives" Warning "Make sure you have a backup of C & E" Progress "Formatting drives" ConfigSector "backupdisk.bin" Format c: Format e: Format f: Format x: Format y: Format z: For EvolutionX v1.8.3682 or higher/newer (if your HD is +137gb and you have a bios with LBA48-rest-to-part6 support it will make 1big F drive) Section "Install Menu" { Item "Install New drive",@210 Item "MS Dashboard",ID_MS_Dash Item "Reboot",ID_Quick_Reboot Item "Power Off",ID_Power_Off } [Action_10] Info "Install HDD - Xbox-Scene" Warning "This will format all drives" Warning "Make sure you have a backup of C & E" Progress "Formatting drives" ConfigSector "backupdisk.bin" Format c: Format e: Format f: Format x: Format y: Format z: Now, if your HD is +137gb and you want to use partition7 (dirve G), you need EvolutionX 1.8.3921 or higher/newer and a bios with LBA48-137-to-part6-rest-to-part7 support. Use this: Section "Install Menu" { Item "Install New drive",@210 Item "MS Dashboard",ID_MS_Dash Item "Reboot",ID_Quick_Reboot Item "Power Off",ID_Power_Off } [Action_10] Info "Install HDD - Xbox-Scene" Warning "This will format all drives" Warning "Make sure you have a backup of C & E" Progress "Formatting drives" ConfigSector "backupdisk.bin" Format c: Format e: Format f: Format g: Format x: Format y: Format z: You might need to change the network settings of the evox.ini for your configuration. (use the same network settings as on your EvoX dashboard installed on your original Xbox HD). * You should also add the complete /backup directory from the C drive on your Xbox. * So , the complete CD should contain : default.xbe (the evox dash executable) evox.ini (the evox ini file you configured above) /backup/bios.bin (from /c/backup on Xbox HD) /backup/disk.bin (from /c/backup on Xbox HD) /backup/eeprom.bin (from /c/backup on Xbox HD) /backup/hddinfo.txt (from /c/backup on Xbox HD) /backup/hddkey.bin (from /c/backup on Xbox HD) First make a xiso of the disk content with any xiso creator (tutorials: Craxtion, SimpleX ISO, yursoft xiso), then burn it with PrimoDVD (tutorial) or Nero (tutorial) on media compatible with your xbox (most xbox drives will read cd-rw/dvd-rw/dvd-r, the samsung xbox drive will also read cd-r fine). 5. Replace HD Open your xbox (tutorial) and replace the HD. Make sure your new HD is set to "cable-select" and don't forget to plug-in both the electricity-cable & IDE-cable. I strongly suggest to keep your old harddrive untouched... you might need it later if something goes wrong. 6. Try booting the CD & FTP Boot your Xbox (it will give a red light after some secs) and put the Evox Install HD disk in the drive. Power off your xbox and restart it (with disk in the drive). Evox should boot. Now make sure that your network settings (in the evox.ini file) are correct ... try to FTP to your xbox. (if it doesn't work, correct evox.ini and reburn a new evox Install HD disk) If EvoX doesn't even boot , it means : * you used media your xbox can't read. * your evox dashboard isn't called default.xbe * you made an error in the evox.ini * you didn't make a "xiso" before burning. * you didn't burn the "xiso" correctly * your modchip doesn't have the HDD-swap feature * the disk has no /backup directory with 5files * your modchip is disabled 7. Format the drives If everything above is OK , just select "Install New drive" and then confirm ("Yes"). The software will now format the drives. When finished , it will return the EvoX dashboard. 8. Transfer C & E Now connect with FTP to your xbox. You should see all drivenames. Transfer the whole C & E backup u made on your PC to the C & E on your new Xbox HD. Remove the disk from your Xbox , and reboot. The Xbox should now reboot from your new xbox HD. If not , you probably did something wrong while restoring the drives. Just boot the Evox Install HD disk and you can FTP to your xbox again and check what might have gone wrong. If needed you can always reinstall your old xbox HD. 9. Change evox.ini on C Under "[Misc]" put "UseFDrive" to "Yes" If you have a +137gb HD and you use partition7 (drive G), put "UseGDrive" to "Yes", else leave it on "No" else you can't use the F/G drive correctly. 10. Lock your harddrive It's a good idea to 'lock' your HD. If your HD is not locked you will not be able to boot your Xbox with modchip disabled (so you can't go on Xbox LIVE anymore). Some HD brands/models can not be locked ... there is no complete list ... so the only thing you can do it try to lock it and see if it works. (if it fails your HD will not be broken, so you don't risk anything). Since EvolutionX build 3921 you can lock your HD directly in EvolutionX Just add these lines in your evox.ini Item "Lock Harddisk",@210 Item "Unlock Harddisk",@211 Run the "Lock Harddisk" option and it will try to lock your HD. If you have an older version of EvolutionX, get ConfigMagic (no download - 'cause build with XDK), launch it and run the "LOCK HD" option. Your new xbox HD is installed WOooooo a tut.. Its complicated. lol if you need help feel free to im me

  22. How to get Yelo: Game Trainer to work Made by xbox7887 This tutorial will explain how to use the new trainer Yelo by xbox7887. Here are the things you will need to download BatchDeswizzle.rar Yelo_20v1.5_20_28H2_20Xbox_29.rar UberScreenshotTool.rar Xored_2.1__mini_trainer_launcher_engine__XBox.3429920.TPB.rar After you have downloaded the required stuff you need it is time for the tutorial. Ftp to your xbox and find the config_v1.5.inc and transfer it to /E/TDATA/4d530064/. http://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/137-600.jpg Then go to your app folder and create a new folder named Xored 2.2. http://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/137-601.jpg Now take the stuff that you got from the Xored_Mini_Laucher.rar. http://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/137-602.jpg They look like this. ^^ Then transfer it to the Xored 2.2 folder and it should end up like this. http://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/137-603.jpg Now that you finally have Xored Trainer Laucher on your xbox you can finally use it but some people may have a problem when trying to select where it says Halo 2 and the screen will just flash. What you have to do is edit the xored.ini file. http://www.ibotmodz.net/forum/uploads/remoteimages1/137-604.jpg So open up the .ini file and find where it says Trainer Path and #Trainers_Path. # 1 trainer path only Trainers_Path = "C:Trainers" #Trainers_Path = "C:Trainers" and switch it with # 1 trainer path only Trainers_Path = "E:AppsXored 2.2Trainers" #Trainers_Path = "E:AppsXored 2.2Trainers" Now you should be able to use the trainer and if you don't know how to use it today is your lucky day. Go to your modded dashboard then Application/Apps you will see Xored Trainer Laucher hit A and a new screen will pop up then it should say Halo 2 after the start up. Hit A on where it says Halo 2 and a selection of what there is in the trainer will pop up choose whatever you want but make sure you have ENABLED YES. Here are all the controls for the trainer. The pattern itself leads some insight to the problem. Certain patterns will lead to numbered error codes which will provide further insight to the problem. The numbered error codes are described below their corresponding LED code. Please place your console vertical to match the images. ============================= Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 are flashing red - The AV cable cannot be detected / / THINGS TO TRY 1. Make sure that the AV cable is correctly connected to the Xbox 360 console. 2. Disconnect the AV cable from the Xbox 360 console, and then reconnect the AV cable to the Xbox 360 console. 3. If the four flashing red lights continue to flash, try wiping the metal area of the AV pack with a dry cloth. The metal area is the end that plugs into the console. Wipe the metal area thoroughly, and then try the AV Pack again. 4. If the AV cable is correctly connected but the four red lights are still flashing, substitute a different AV cable if you have one available. ============================= Sections 1, 3, and 4 are flashing red - General Hardware Failure / / Check the secondary Error Code per the instructions in the section below THINGS TO TRY 1. Try restarting the console. 2. If restarting the console does not resolve the behavior, follow these steps: * Turn the console off. * Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console. * Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. * Firmly reconnect all the cables. * Turn on the console. 3. If these steps do not resolve the behavior, turn the console off, remove the hard drive, and then turn on the console. If the 3x Red LED error light is no longer displayed, turn the console off, re-attach the hard drive, and then turn on the console. 4. Also examine the lights on the power supply. When you turn on the console, the power supply light should illuminate green even if the three lights on the RoL flash red. ============================= Sections 1, and 3 are flashing red - Overheating / / Alternatively Overheating can be cause by the console locking up or "freezing" after a set amount of time. Lockups that occur at a specific point in a game are generally problems with the game itself and not caused by overheating. THINGS TO TRY 1. Let the Xbox 360 console cool. Note You may have to wait several hours for the console to cool enough. Do not turn on the console when the console is hot. 2. Verify that the console has sufficient ventilation and that the fan is operating. For more information about ventilation. PREVENTION SUGGESTIONS To try to prevent this problem, use the following precautions: * Do not block any ventilation openings on the Xbox 360 console. * Do not put the Xbox 360 console on a bed, on a sofa, or on any other soft surface that may block ventilation openings. * Do not put the Xbox 360 console in a confined space, such as a bookcase, a rack, or a stereo cabinet, unless the space is well-ventilated. * Do not put the Xbox 360 console near any heat source, such as a radiator, a heat register, a stove, or an amplifier. DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR CONSOLE IN THE FREEZER OR OUT IN COLD WEATHER Some people think that doing this might help "fix" an overheating console, in fact doing so could cause even bigger problems. Electronic devices like your console are made to function at and around room temperature, extreme cold temperatures can often cause just as many problems as extreme warm temperatures (such as overheating). Also if the console is located in a dramatically cold area while running, the difference in temperature between the hot console and cold air can create condensation which in turn will short out your console making the situation far worse. Condensation will happen more quickly if your console is overheating due to the greater difference in temperature. In short... DON'T DO IT. A more aggressive Solution to overheating is to improve the cooling system of the console. The best solution is to replace the thermal compound. If you attempt this you do so at your own risk. If you're console is still under warranty it is recommended that you contact MS for a replacement before attempting to fix it yourself. ============================= Section 4 is flashing red - Hardware Failure / / The Specific Type of hardware failure can be determined by the error code displayed on the screen. If the screen is blank or you would like additional information follow the instructions for determining the secondary error code in the section below ============================= --==SECONDARY ERROR CODES==- The specific type of hardware failure can be determined by a "hidden" error code * Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 3 red lights are flashing. * Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button. * The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below). * Release the eject button and press it again. * The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code. * Release the eject button and press it again. * The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code. * Release the eject button and press it again. * The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code. * Release the eject button and press it again. * The LEDs will go back to the 3 red flashing lights. You should be able to determine the difference between the 3 flashing lights and the error code lights by the rate in which they flash. Here is how you interpret the LEDs to get the code number: * All four lights flashing - 0 * One light flashing - 1 * Two Lights flashing - 2 * Three lights flashing - 3 ============================= --==Console Reset Codes==-- Clear All Installed Game Updates and Console Cache 1. Go to the "system" blade 2. Select "memory" 3. Press Y on the HD symbol 4. Press X,X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X 5. A message will appear saying: "Do you want to perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices?" 6. Select Yes Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error. 1. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one) 2. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console 3. Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely. 4. During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally. ============================= --==Sending in your Console for Repair==-- If none of the above suggestions work, contact MS customer support get get a support ticket started. If your console is still under warranty DO NOT attempt to open it and fix it yourself. MS will fix it promptly and for free and if you open it you loose the free support. Check the documentation that came with your Xbox 360 for contact information. In the US Customer Support can be reached at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269) =============================
  25. Remember: All errors below can be resolved by replacing the motherboard and hard drive as a pair. Flashing Green / Solid Red Bad EPROM image EEPROM Fix Steady Green No Video Coma Console Flashing Red and Orange (Amber) Video display problem, check cord. Also try switching to another video mode by changing the cable. I currently have an Xbox that displays this error when connected to the standard composite video cable but boots fine when connected to a RF adapter cord. Flashing Red and Green Numerous causes, system failure see also Call Customer Service Error Tries To Boot Three Times and then starts flashing red and green. Also Known as "Christmas Lights" In my experience this is due to a failed mod chip and broken traces. I have also seen it on two stock Xboxes doing the same thing on the stock boxes it is worth installing a modchip to see if it can boot with a mod bios.
