With the Nxe you need to do SPG's in a diffrent way, you dont even need 2 controllers now >.> you have to sign out of the SPG profile and back into yours while the game is loading a mission.

Not really, you cant change the geometry of the map or paint textures, if they combined the map editor from far cry with a good game it would put H3 to shame lol. And im guessing this is the default like foundry (for playing on matchmaking) or maybe in matchmaking there will be themes like snow, sand and so on.
