Dark Slipstream, Tyler, and I have a bet. Three of us will try to make the best Cold Storage mod. The losers will be the winner's slave for 24 hours starting the point the voting poll (when Cold Storage comes out) ends. We all have exactly 24 hours from the point it is released to make a mod. You people will vote the best mod in a separate poll when 24 hours expire. This separate poll will be open for exactly 48 hours. The winner will make the losers do whatever he wants them to do. =P This poll is for who you THINK will win.

Thats what i got but i don't reccommed it if you have vista finding drivers and updates are a huge hassle and sometimes after that it won't work. Go onto ebay and you can find much cheaper deals. It's not really a huge hassle. You just need to Google a bit to make it work with Vista.

Modding Film Clips To Give You Recon Tutorial By Nuklear - Open HxD Hex Editor (or your favorite hex editor) - Press CTRL+F and search for a player who you want to give recon to. Make sure Unicode String is checked! - From exactly 45 bytes from the beginning of the player's name, you'll see 4 bytes. No one has seen vortex because they need to mod Halo 3 beta. The retail version doesn't have it in (most likely). Also, Isolation is the only map where you can place an equipment not available on other maps. (Invincibility)
