I owned about 50 proporties, set them to 100% rent, put my time back to the earliest, saved my game, went back and set my time to the latest it can be (sometime in 2025) and I only got $20,000. Ideas?

He seems to Clearly state that it is Winterized Combat Armor, not Power armor or the Chinese Stealth Suit, but I doubt he is outright lying, Can you possibly take pics of that Winterized Combat Armor?

1. Huge bump... 2. I live in Canada, Amazon.com only ships to the states and Amazon.ca only sells books and s***. 3. I bought one for about $90 from Best Buy, it works great. Thanks for trying to help, I forgot to have this tagged as solved and closed.
