Yea, but im not on Halo/Xbox this week. It keeps me from concentrating. Computers.. well im making sample coding for my exam, math im good for, and i already had my cooking. All i got left after tomorrow is English, then ill be making more playable mods!

XSATA / XPORT is hardware. For that to not work, you would need an actual Hardware update, not a Software update. The xsata connects directly to the HardDrive, the only way to stop that, is by releasing an updated/blocked version of the harddrive. Which no one will buy.

People always spam, and create useless posts. Raising the post count needed will reduce the spam, because it will be more noticable. I agree that the post count should be raised. VIP Tryouts also sounds like a cool idea... but only if the user has been awarded medals, has agreed to responsibilites, and at least 20-30 people want him to be VIP. That and you should post why you deserve VIP.

This summer the resigner is supposedly being leaked. So the "resigning maps for you" line wont work after that. If someone allows you to use their paid account to use a resigner, then that's sad. Every day you use it, it should cost you money, whether u borrow or buy it -.-

Bungie already knows and uses their way around the fake names. Even by editing your name into something else, Bungie can still locate the true owner, regardless of what you do.

This is coming into effect, as of today at noon, iBotPeaches timezone. Look at the iBotModz News page, VIP will be down for a few days, and back up with a raised post count to 200. I wish it was 250 or 300 though.

If my input could actually mean something, the VIP post count should be 250. Just to see who will spam their way back up, or to pull out the true VIP's. That way it slows down most people.

*Stop multi quoting 'quoted posts'. Nuklear is indeed the first person to "release/leak" a map with sideways deploy. cover shields. Tyler has 1 good map, his water fall... even though i got one where water flow goes wrong way... lol. I got unreleased playable mods, slayer/ctf, racing, zombie, and an assault game. 5 all together. this map is better than my "test" mods, i just tried to make mine look cool/organized because i don't like pointless maps, thats why i dont download anyones maps (they are always pointless), other than the course ones, those were good for a few days.

We'll be able to eventually. 2 People already can, i've seen a picture of one (not snowtrap). It looks unbeleivable... i wanted it soo bad. .MAP modding would be sick, although i would only be modding .maps, not matchmaking.

Im already using this, or something similar. i use it to automatically convert the system bios to work with USB, then it loads my Windows Vista portable, its sick. My friend gave me it, it has the same graphics, with IE7, and a music folder. That's really all i use for school. It holds me over during lunch time.. lol

I wish i could see it, could someone repost it, i want to provide my input... but without the pic, i would have to say we do need a new logo.

Cool, last time i tried to dl, it stopped half way.. and that was when i had a horrible Inernet connection.. . Now i got a better one. One problem though, everytime i try to install and run this, it changes my styles, but once i restart, it never works again. Any suggestions?

Eli also deserves VIP. PS: crazy, we posted our reasons why we should be allowed to stay VIP, since he is wiping the list, and redo'ing it. While you need a reason now. After the update, you need 200 posts, im above 350, so im safe (unless im denied), and you need just a little more work, then ill vote for you, since you have a good amt of posts, and i haven't seen you spam your way here.

Thanks, that means a lot to me! . I like helping other people, it makes myself feel better knowing I made a difference. Or at least beleiving/thinking I did. . I also agree that most spamming/unwanted posts or threads are in Halo, because people know that's where everyone looks/posts. I used to only go to the halo section, but im also in Tech. Support, VIP, Computer/Xbox 360 and other sections now to, im starting to expand. I try to get in as many "helps" as I can every day, mostly once i get home because i have a tonne of energy. . I'm not the kind of person to bother others to get what I want, unless it sounds cool, lol. If I was offered Moderator/Support or anything, i would accept knowing my own duties. It would be cool, because im on so often and I always notice un-needed posts/topics because i actually read posts, instead of posting before i read anything at all. Hope all that made some sort of sense!

Excellent idea. I also approved of this, it is definitely needed. At least now it will stay a bit organized. I feel bad ill be outa VIP for a few days , well so will everyone else . lol, Improved VIP. The thought makes me all tingly!
