No modders have ever been given a retail account with halo 3 recon, which is why no one can mod it on a retail, there is insufficient research to move that far. They could probably figure it out without the account, but would take a bit longer. I wouldn't pay anything for recon, or an account with recon. It's just armor... I can live with the Mark V helmet, and Security Shoulders. That's all I need.

it rebuilds the master hash table (both the profile tool and hbc). It can rehash any filesize. HBC cannot resign properly, but the Profile Tool can.

Good advice khaos! Make sure the ID is correct, both computers ARE connected to the network, and can access the internet. Or setup Windows Simple File Sharing, and then transfer that way.

People won't deal with purchases like this without a middle-site, that makes sure neither of you can steal anything from the other. Post it on e-Bay as instant buy, and have the buyer pay for it on ebay.
