Dev kits have their own "xbox live". It's called PartnerNet and they can join each other and play. Dev kits only, meaning you can't join them.

No, Halo 3 can't load an unsigned forge variant because it recognizes it as a foreign object and rejects it. To conclude, you wouldn't be able to load it in Halo 3.

The CON resigner resigns things stored in .CON files such as forge variants, films, screenshots and much more outside Halo 3, including gamerscore hacks. There is no difference between modding offline or online and you do not need a CON resigner if a Halo 3 .map resigner is made. You can go online, but you'll probably be banned instantly.* *Nobody knows how Halo 3's banhammer works on modded .maps so we can only assume.

What's the point of calling it a mod if you can't play it? A two-year old baby can mod any maps, but can he play them? No, just like everybody here. None can sign, except forge variants. There is no Halo 3 .map resigner, because as far as I'm concerned, I have modded maps and I'm playing them right now because I resigned them.

I can't believe you guys are falling for their lies. NOBODY here has a resigner for Halo 3, even a CON resigner. The only maps these people play are the maps leaked by Anthony and them. They can't mod real .maps of even forge variants. They have made NO modded maps. Also, offline and online modding require the same resigning. I don't know where everybody got confused that modding offline or online is different.

Snowbound V2 isn't a mod. It has shade turrets because during the Epsilon beta, you could add those and many other things which aren't included in the final version. Just because you don't see it on the retail, doesn't mean it wasn't available on prior versions.
