No, the frigate you could take a much different approach seeing as the seat wouldn't need to look perfect because you wouldn't need to see yourself. No, the last time I heard of they can't do things like that. The main people that figure everything out (DeToX, Anthony, DarkShallFall) tend to keep a lot of things to themselves, so honestly who knows what they can do.

No, the frigate is just scenery. It doesn't have the proper 'set-up' to be drivable just yet I believe. However, correct me if I am wrong.
